No Data Collection

Puggelz does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. The app operates entirely on your device with no network connectivity.

Photo Selection

When you choose a photo for a puzzle, the app uses Apple's built-in photo picker. Your photo library remains private to you. The app only receives the specific photo you select.

For your privacy, all metadata (including location information, date/time stamps, and camera information) is automatically removed from photos when you import them into the app.

Local Storage

Puzzle progress and your imported photos are saved locally on your device only. This data is:

• Never transmitted anywhere
• Protected by iOS encryption when your device is locked
• Completely deleted if you delete the app

No Tracking

Puggelz does not use:

• Analytics or telemetry
• Advertisements
• Any tracking technologies

Beta Testing (TestFlight)

If you are using a beta version of Puggelz via Apple’s TestFlight service, please note that Apple automatically collects and shares certain data with us to help us improve the App. This includes:

• Crash Logs: Information about why the App may have crashed.
• Usage Data: Details such as how many times the App was opened or installed.
• Feedback: Any screenshots or comments you voluntarily submit through the TestFlight feedback feature.

This data is collected by Apple in accordance with their Privacy Policy and the TestFlight Terms of Service. We use this information solely to fix bugs and improve the App.

No Third Parties

Puggelz does not share any information with third parties because no information is collected in the first place. The app contains no third-party SDKs or services.

No Permissions Required

Puggelz requests no special permissions:

• No photo library access (uses Apple's privacy-preserving photo picker)
• No network/internet access
• No location access
• No camera or microphone access
• No contacts, calendar, or other data

App Store Privacy Label

Our App Store privacy label states: "Data Not Collected - The developer does not collect any data from this app."

Children's Privacy

Puggelz is safe for users of all ages. Because no personal information is collected, stored, or transmitted, the app is compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations worldwide.

Changes to This Policy

If we ever change this privacy policy, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Our commitment to not collecting your data will not change.
